The application deadlines are

 

1 July for non-European Union members.

 

15 July for German citizens and European Union members.

n some cases, applications will be accepted after the application deadline.  Please contact us for an application extension.

 

Students from all African countries, Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Pakistan should send completed applications with all properly notarized documents by 15 May to increase your chances of getting a visa on time. 

 

We don't admit new IOS students to start in the summer semester.

The Master's programs taught in English in Jülich start every year in March.  The programs will start again in March 2010.    Some programs may start in September 2011. Please check this website for updates.

Freshman Program

If you don't meet the admission requirements to our undergraduate IOS program, you may be interested in our Freshmen Program, a preparatory year for IOS.

The next program starts in October 2009.

 

 

International applicants who meet the standard admission requirements to German universities as established by the German government (see www.anabin.de) as well as the language and internship/practical training requirements should apply directly to the Bachelor's degree programs.
