The Degree Programme

What is Facility Management? | Our facility managers are interdisciplinary all-rounders combining technical and business tasks all around a building. They master classical management techniques, see themselves as service providers for various contact persons and absolutely think in a customer-oriented manner. You are familiar with the general requirements of building operations and the special features of different buildings. You are a personality who can lead and present, but who also works competently in a team; in other words, you are a "specialised all-rounder" with specialist, social and media competences. Facility managers not only make sure that the facilities are well maintained, i.e. warm, clean and safe, but also increasingly assume responsibility for marketing, letting and billing or for planning reconstructions.
