The Master's Degree Programmes

  • Our Master's degree programmes run 3 semesters for the regular and 4 semesters for the dual degree option. Both pave the way for a doctorate.
  • They are completely in English and there are no tuition fees.

Our Degree Programmes: Your Benefit

  • Swift transition to the workplace: 89% of our Master's degree students are employed within 6 months after graduating, 81% in industry (istat, 2018)
  • #1 with employers: For the fourth time in a row, a survey by Germany's leading economic monthly confirmed that employers prefer our engineering graduates over those from other universities of applied sciences (Wirtschaftswoche Hochschulranking 2021, also 2020, 2019, 2018)

Your Path to the Degree Programme

  • Admission requirements:
    A Bachelor's degree obtained over 7 semesters (210 ECTS credits) in a relevant field of engineering and proof of English language skills for non-native speakers if the first degree was not taught in English
  • Application deadlines for summer term 2022 (lecture time: 4 Apr - 15 Jul 2022):  
    Students from abroad need to apply by 5 December 2021
    Citizens of Germany, other EU-member states, or EEA states need to apply by 15 January 2022
