Dean's Office
The faculty is managed by the Dean's Office, which comprises a Dean and four Vice Deans. The Dean's Office is responsible for the further development of the faculty representing the interests of the faculty within and outside of the university, allocating positions and resources and organising and ensuring the range of courses on offer. The Dean's Office is elected by the Faculty Council for a term of office of four years.

Faculty Council
The Faculty Council 's basic tasks are to ensure that courses are offered and that study programmes are run in accordance with the law by drawing up and adopting examination and study regulations and appointing new professors. The Faculty Council is elected by the members of the faculty and consists of professors, staff and students.
Examination Board
The Examination Board is responsible for decisions on examination matters, compliance with Examination Regulations, appeals against deregistrations, appeals against the final failure of an examination and the crediting of examination achievements when changing degree programmes.

We are a group of students from the Faculty of Architecture. We are the liaison between students and professors.
Our first semester work (ESA, Erst-Semester-Arbeit) is designed to guarantee you the best possible start to your studies. That's why we do a lot of the planning for Freshers' Week and the EES (freshers' introductory seminar).
There are various committees at our university that are made up of students as well as professors. As a faculty student council (Fachschaft), we are also often present here and exchange information to keep you up to date and represent your interests.
If there are problems of any kind, you've come to the right place. Together with you or on your behalf, we try to find a suitable solution for every problem.
Thanks to our good connections to the Faculty Councils and Examination Boards, we are usually well informed about the current study and subject-specific examination regulations. We can also usually help you with questions about Bafög (student grants). And whenever we don't know something, we are happy to find out for you.
Opening Hours
We do not have regular opening hours. However, there is almost always a member of the Faculty Student Council (Fachschaft) available.
