Dean's Office

The Dean's Office of the Faculty of Energy Technology consists of a Dean and four Vice Deans. Together they manage the faculty and represent it within the university. The Dean's Office is also responsible for the range of courses offered, the organisation of examinations and the allocation of positions and resources in the faculty.

Scientific Advisory Board

This independent, voluntary body advises and supports the Dean's Office on technical and strategic issues.
Members are appointed for two years.

Faculty Council

The Faculty Council is responsible for all fundamental and specific issues relating to teaching, research and finances in the faculty. Its most important tasks include ensuring the curriculum, the range of courses on offer and the lawful running of the degree programme by drawing up examination and study regulations and helping to appoint new professors.

The Chairman of the Examination Board

determines the dates of module examinations
appoints the examiners as well as the second examiners and assessors
recognises modules completed at other universities, ECTS points and the examination achievements assigned to them

or delegates these tasks to his/her representatives.
