Die Studierendensekretariate an den Standorten Aachen und Jülich kümmern sich um die Anliegen von Studieninteressierten, Studierenden und Ehemaligen mit Fragen rund um das Thema Studium an der FH Aachen.

Erreichbar sind die Studierendensekretariate über das Student Service Center (SSC).

Die Hauptaufgabe der Studierendensekretariate liegt in der administrativen Koordination aller studentischer Angelegenheiten.

Dazu gehören unter anderem die Betreuung des Zulassungs- und Einschreibeverfahrens, die Bearbeitung von Anträgen zum Hochschul- und Studiengangwechsel sowie die Verwaltung von Rückmeldungen und Exmatrikulationen.

The SSC is the first point of contact for students and prospective students and will answer all questions about studying and starting your studies.

In the case of more specific concerns and the need for further advice, the staff will refer you to the Registrar's Office and the faculties.

The SSC also issues certifications of your original FH Aachen documents.
