Welcome to the Registrar's Office of FH Aachen. We manage and handle the application process for degree programmes at FH Aachen, including issuing admissions and student registration. We also manage registered students and organise the re-registration process, leaves of absence, and much more.

Due to the current situation in dealing with the coronavirus, there is a consensus within the university to take far-reaching measures in order to protect students and employees as quickly as possible.
Therefore, there will be no more personal consultation hours at present.
All applicants and students are asked to take care of their matters either by postal mail, by telephone or email. If you are a student, please use the FH Aachen account for your email enquiry.
You can reach us by phone at 51620 every day between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm and by email or fax.
If there is an urgent matter that cannot be clarified by phone or email and does not allow for any delay, please contact the Registrar's Office in advance. In these cases, we will arrange a personal appointment with you if necessary.
The measures are based on the recommendations of the Federal Ministry of Health and the Robert Koch Institute, the regulations of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the crisis management team of FH Aachen.
