FAQ - Submission of Applications

In order for your applications to be processed, certain requirements must be observed. These have been formulated here.


Do I have to submit an application in person?

Applications must always be submitted to the Registrar's Office in the original and with a signature.

Can I send an application by email or by post?

A submission by email is not sufficient. It is possible to send applications by post; but we cannot confirm the receipt of applications. You will receive feedback on your application from the Registrar's Office after it has been processed.

What happens if I submit an application to the Student Service Center?

The application will be forwarded to the Registrar's Office no later than the following day. The application will be processed there.
