Coming to Germany
Students may arrive on campus starting on 1 October. Classes begin the first week of October. Details are sent after admission in the information letter.
All students must email us their arrival date at least 72 hours in advance so that your room is prepared for you.
We are happy to pick up our participants on their first arrival in Germany from Düsseldorf International Airport.
To book the pick-up service, you must email your arrival information to Mr. Frank Krichel at least 72 hours in advance! You will receive a confirmation email with all the pickup details.

For parents
Some parents accompany their children to Germany and to Campus.
Please let us know in adavance if parents plan to come. Parents planning to use the pick up service must also book a space.
We are unable to offer guest rooms for parents on campus.
Geilenkirchen is a small town just a 15-minute walk from the Freshman Campus, with restaurants and shops in the city center, as well as hotels and guesthouses.
The city of Aachen is only a 20 minute train ride from Geilenkirchen and offers also a variety of accommodations, restaurants and shopping opportunities.
