Freshman Program in Lebanon

The Freshman Program Lebanon started in 2004 as an alternative to attending the Freshman Program in Germany. Together with the partner Global Linkage of Technology (GLT) under the direction of Prof. Dr. Hanna Nakhoul, many Lebanese students have since completed the Freshman Program in Lebanon and have been admitted to bachelor's degree programs in engineering at FH Aachen.

Participants are taught German, mathematics and physics in Jounieh. During the program, students also complete an internship.  

Upon successful completion of the Freshman Program, admission to one of the engineering bachelor's degree programs at FH Aachen is guaranteed:

• Applied Chemistry
• Medical Engineering (previously Biomedical Engineering)
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Physical Engineering
