FH Aachen University Choir
The FH Aachen University Choir was founded in 2007 under the direction of Mirka Mörl. A team of university members quickly formed, who enthusiastically dared to embark on the adventure of discovering a new powerful and common FH voice and making it heard.
Since its foundation, the choir has given many different concerts. As the powerful "voice" of FH Aachen, the choir enriches events in the Aachen region. The choir is not only a place for music, but also a training for team building, coaching and voice training. The choir members take a positive mood and new motivation with them into their everyday work and work culture.

Choral Conductor | Mirka Mörl

Mirka Mörl studied vocal pedagogy and piano in Darmstadt, then law and psychology in Mainz and Cologne. She holds a Master's degree as a systemic coach and consultant (business training) and is a certified Reiss Profile Master. After engagements at the Staatstheater Darmstadt as well as extensive concert activities at home and abroad, she has been running the renowned Institute "Voice and Communication" in Aachen for almost 20 years.
Mirka Mörl has initiated and marketed numerous theatre and concert projects and is the conductor of various ensembles. For many years she has taught personality development in the Faculty of Business Studies at FH Aachen. Mirka Mörl offers seminars and trainings for individuals, groups and companies in a wide range between resource-oriented coaching, leadership training and team development. As a sought-after speaker, Mirka Mörl gives lectures on the topics of voice, charisma and leadership and moderates events.
Research assistants and professors at all universities of applied sciences in NRW can attend seminars and individual coaching sessions with Mirka Mörl via the university didactics network (www.hdw-nrw.de).

The FH Aachen University Choir is open to colleagues who are enthusiastic about music, singing and lively, cheerful togetherness. We are currently looking to expand our team and are looking for reinforcement for the tenor.
Write to us or simply give us a call. We cordially invite you to join us for an hour of individual voice training and our choir rehearsals on Mondays from 18.00 - 20.00 hrs.
