Guideline on information security

The guideline on information security is the FH Aachen's basic document on information security, which was laid down by the university management in a Rectorate resolution with validity for the entire university. The guideline emphasises the importance of information security with regard to the information to be processed in day-to-day university business and sets out the framework within which appropriate information protection is to be implemented.
Building on its guideline on information security, FH Aachen issues detailed regulations on individual information processing topics in other documents (regulations, guidelines, concepts and service agreements), which are also put into force by the university management.
