At the FH Aachen, the annual appraisal is seen as a central and important instrument of personnel development.
The annual one-to-one meeting between the manager and the employee provides another important opportunity to exchange feedback and constructive re-registration through a structured exchange. A résumé of the work performance of the past twelve months is drawn up and discussed in more detail. Thus, further goals and measures can be discussed, coordinated and agreed upon within this framework.
