The Equal Opportunities Officer is the right contact for all FH members who are affected by disadvantages or discrimination. She advises affected persons and supports them in asserting their rights. Depending on the type of disadvantage or discrimination, further experts are consulted. The Equal Opportunities Officer is subject to a comprehensive legal duty of confidentiality. Consultations on all topics relevant to gender equality are confidential.
