Withdrawal from Admission

Have you changed your mind about studying at FH Aachen after registration, perhaps because, e.g.

• you would prefer to study somewhere else,
• you don't want to or can't study after all,
• you would prefer to start a different kind of education,
• you would like to do voluntary military service/federal voluntary service?

In this case, please notify FH Aachen in writing of your decision to decline the offer of a study place as soon as possible until the last day before official start of lectures so that you can be reimbursed for the semester fee you have paid.

For this notification, your handwritten signature is required on the application for withdrawal from admission!

Please note that you will only receive a refund of the semester fee if you observe the deadline.

At present, withdrawing your admission will not have a negative impact on any future applications you may submit.
