The extra-occupational Master's degree programme "Management and Entrepreneurship MBA" offers you the opportunity to work full-time while acquiring skills that not only support your personal development, but also the growth and transformation of your company.
As a thematically broad-based Master of Business Administration, the professional development programme enables you to master challenging management tasks in a constantly changing market environment with uncertain framework conditions. This includes professional and methodological skills as well as social and personal competences. For prospective company founders, the programme focuses on the topic of "Entrepreneurship", to which a separate module is dedicated.
The degree programme is divided into seven compulsory modules and a catalogue of elective modules, from which students choose in the third semester to set their own personal focus.
