In summer 2024, the Faculty of Civil Engineering will once again publish a graduate book. The graduate book is a free service. All graduates who completed their degree after 15 May 2023 and submit the data sheet with their personal details to us by 15 May 2024 will have their profile included in the next edition.

What do you need to do to appear in the Graduate:innenbuch?

Please send the following documents by email to the alumni team, alumni.fb2(at)fh-aachen.de:

• Photo of yourself with a good resolution (300 dpi) - ideally a professional application photo
• Declaration of Consent and data sheet

Important | Label your submitted documents with your first name and surname (example: Firstname_surname.pdf). Do not scan the data sheet, please fill it out digitally and send it by email to the email address above.

When will you receive the graduate book?

The graduate book will be presented to you at the farewell ceremony for our graduates. If you are unable to attend the ceremony, we will be happy to re-register the graduate book and send it to your home address after re-registration.

Note | All documents submitted after 15 May 2024 will be included in the next edition of the 2025 graduate book.
