Examination Secretariat & Examination Board FB 8

Opening hours of the examination secretariat

The current opening hours are

Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 11.30am
telephone consultation hours Mon-Fri from 11.30am to 12.00pm

If you would like to make an appointment outside of these times, please send your request by email with your student ID number (in the subject line).

Final theses are submitted digitally by email to the Examinations Office and the respective supervisor. If the PDF file is larger than 5MB, please only use the Sciebo cloud and activate the e-mail address of the Examinations Office or [email protected] for this purpose. As the printed version of the final thesis must be stamped, you are welcome to drop by during opening hours. You are welcome to send the retention obligation in advance by e-mail. Please remember to include your student ID number (in the subject line of the email).

For applications regarding final theses, practical projects and the mobility window, it is sufficient to send them by email (a digital signature is sufficient).
