III.1 | Financial management
The subject area
Subject area III.1 - Financial Management is responsible for reporting on the university's planning and budget implementation (income and expenditure). This subject area is also responsible for communicating with the Ministry regarding the budget estimate and the resulting allocations/calls for funds.
We prepare the university's business plan and various statistics, such as the university's financial statistics.
Our subject area implements the budgeting decisions of the university management and internal departmental budgeting.
Other key tasks include payment transactions, liquidity management, insurance for the university as well as the department's internal personnel deployment and organisational processes.
