IV.2 | Commercial facility management
The KGM acts as an interface to Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW as the owner of the properties, external landlords, Studierendenwerk Aachen and the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in all property-related matters.
In this function, the KGM is involved in the structural and space-related development of the university in the context of strategic planning, the coordination of measures and the financial and contractual processing.
