Department of Compliance
Welcome to the website of the Department of Compliance!
The Department of Compliance provides advice and support on individual issues in order to simplify decisions and provide orientation.
The following tasks are some of the department's responsibilities:
- individual counselling, especially with regard to corruption prevention and conflicts of interest
- demand-oriented training offers
- ad hoc analyses in case of need
- receiving information
- support in the design of specialised processes from a compliance point of view
- development of a compliance management system
Compliance Project
FH Aachen (University of Applied Sciences) has decided to set up and gradually implement a compliance management system. The concept and implementation are part of the university-wide project "Development of a Compliance Management System at FH Aachen" (in short: Compliance Project). From the planning phase, emphasis was placed on achieving the broadest possible participation of different areas from science, technology and administration in order to take many perspectives into account.
