Department of Compliance
Welcome to the Compliance Department.
The department gives advice on individual issues in order to provide orientation and support decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Development and expansion of a compliance management system
- Regulation management
- Support for process design from a compliance perspective
- Consultancy, in particular with regard to corruption prevention and conflicts of interests
- Individual training programmes
- Ad hoc analyses
- Whistleblowing management
Folgende Aufgaben zählen zum Spektrum der Stabsstelle
- Auf- und Ausbau von Compliance-Strukturen und -Prozessen
- Regelungsmanagement
- Erstellung und sukzessive Erweiterung des Compliance-Leitfadens
- Beratung bei Gestaltung von Fachprozessen unter Compliance-Gesichtspunkten
- Beratung, insbesondere hinsichtlich Korruptionsprävention und Interessenkonflikten
- Bedarfsorientierte Schulungsangebote
- Ad- hoc-Analysen
- Entgegennahme von Hinweisen
