Compliance – more than just following the rules

The university's autonomy opens up room for manoeuvre, which must be used responsibly. Personal responsibility is a valuable element of our everyday university life: each individual makes an important contribution to the reputation and success of the university and to good cooperation through their own correct behaviour. This also includes being sensitised to risks, questioning one's own actions, making decisions and conflicts of interest transparent and, if necessary, making use of the wide range of internal advisory services.

If there are sufficient indications of violations of applicable law or internal regulations, this can be reported via the whistleblower system.
