Event Management
Central Event Management is the first point of contact when it comes to preparing the content and concept of central event formats that are of interest across the university. We competently identify new event formats, work in a network with the university administration and advise across the university on the organisation and planning of decentralised event formats, as well as on the conception if required.

Main Tasks
- Implementation of the Rectorate's strategy in the form of contemporary, target-group-oriented event formats
- Organisation of central event formats according to the annual plan
- Advising on decentralised event formats, e.g. graduation ceremonies
- Initiation and support of higher-level projects, e.g. introduction of a platform that can be used throughout the university for the management of participants in events and the introduction of a CRM tool for FH Aachen
- Development of guidelines for the independent organisation of decentralised events/graduation ceremonies
