Equal opportunities means that everyone should have the same chances and opportunities, regardless of their social background, gender, ethnicity, religion or other personal characteristics. In other words, it means that every person should have the same chance to develop their abilities and potential in order to lead a fulfilled and self-determined life.

FH Aachen aims to promote equal opportunities, especially in study and science. Good working conditions, reliable career prospects and needs-oriented services are tasks that it sets itself for its employees and students.

To this end, we are taking concrete measures, for example in the form of support services for researchers and teachers. Support in the form of further training is also a focus for administrative staff.
