Genderkompetenz
Gender competence is the ability to recognise gender aspects in areas of responsibility, to take them into account and to implement them in a gender-appropriate way. It includes, for example, knowledge of gender theories, the ability to implement gender-appropriate and gender-sensitive action strategies and communication, and the ability to design and transform social interactions and processes in such a way that they promote equal opportunities.
