The most important IT services for employees
Employees of FH Aachen need various IT services in their daily work. In the following, we present the most important ones.
1st Services page: This page accompanies you as an employee every day. Here you will find, among other things, time recording, absences and business trips.
2. VPN: In order to be able to access all services of the FH Aachen while working mobile, you need a connection to the Virtual Private Network (VPN) of the FH Aachen.
3. 2FA: The 2-factor authentication creates further security and prevents someone from logging in under your name, even if they know your password.
4. help centre: For technical questions and problems in connection with the use of IT systems at our university, the IT support of FH Aachen is at your disposal. Here you will also find detailed instructions for many specific problems.
5. webex: With the help of webex you can make video calls and hold meetings. An exchange in group or individual chats is also possible.
