The Student Service is the first point of contact for students and prospective students and answers all questions about studying and the start of studies.

For more specific concerns and further counselling needs, the staff will refer you to the Registrar's Offices and faculties.

Answers and solutions to many questions are already available in the FAQs. Perhaps your enquiry is already included?

The Student Service also issues notarised copies of your original FH Aachen documents.

The Student Service can be reached by email, telephone and in person on the 1st floor at Bayernallee 11 in Aachen and in room 00 A63 at Heinrich-Mußmann-Str. 1 in Jülich.
