Admission requirements for the Business Law Praxis Plus LL.B. degree programme
The Application Procedure
1. employment contract
In addition to the university entrance qualification, an employment contract with a company cooperating with FH Aachen is required. If you are already employed by a company or would like to make an application to a company that does not yet cooperate with FH Aachen, it is possible to conclude a cooperation agreement.
Your activities must relate to business and legal functional areas, such as contract drafting, legal advice, taxes, accounting and finance.
2. application for a place at university
In the second step, you must formally apply for a place at university on the Business Law Praxis Plus programme via the FH Aachen application portal.
Admission Requirements
a) University entrance qualification (HZB) in one of these forms:
- A certificate of general university entrance qualification (Abitur) entitles the holder to study the degree programme.
- A subject-linked university entrance qualification entitles the holder to study the degree programmes specified in the certificate.
- Vocational training and professional experience(university entrance qualification without Abitur): Under certain conditions, you can also study a degree programme without an entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences or an Abitur (university entrance qualification).
- Foreign university entrance qualification.
- With the entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences, you can study anything at our university of applied sciences.
But please note:
Depending on the type of certificate, a six-month or full-year "practical part" may be required in addition to the "school part" for admission to the university of applied sciences

Some certificates from outside the state of NRW may have to be recognised by a district government.
