The film was shot in 2022 by a team of students under the direction of René Heß, Research Assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology.
Anyone who has always wanted to know what you can actually do with electrical engineering afterwards will learn here with a wink how diverse this degree programme actually is and that, if not at first glance, then at least at second glance it has a lot to do with major future topics such as the energy and mobility transition.

How can we make better use of our roads and secure urban mobility in the long term? Scientists and students from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at FH Aachen are working on corresponding concepts, focussing on autonomous driving.
Video message processing
How do you communicate with someone who can't see or hear? Students from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology spent a semester investigating this question and developed a prototype for communicating with deaf-blind people as part of an interdisciplinary project. The concept is to be revised once again in dialogue with those affected.
