Study Content

The Master's degree programme in Finance can be studied in three or four semesters. It starts in both the summer and winter semesters.

In the first two semesters, you will deal intensively with all relevant aspects of finance: from international corporate finance, portfolio management and company valuation to start-up financing, you will learn about the various areas. Details can be found in the study schedule and in the module handbook for each module.

The third semester is a mobility semester. Here you decide whether you would like to do practical training in the finance department of a company or spend a semester studying abroad.

After three (with credit for a mobility semester completed before the start of the programme) or four semesters, you will complete your Master's degree programme with the Master's thesis and receive the academic title of Master of Science.
