Study Contents

The Master's degree programme International Business Management - Customer and Service Management is a four-semester degree programme. The summer semester is taught entirely in English, the winter semester entirely in German. In addition to compulsory modules in business administration areas such as marketing, international brand management or international supply chain management, you have the opportunity to set your own priorities in your studies right from the start through elective modules.
