The work of engineers is characterized by the development of increasingly complex products involving more and more specialized fields. As a result, teams from different disciplines and at different locations have to work together efficiently in product development. Specialization in the individual specialist areas is therefore increasing, while at the same time the complexity and need for coordination at the interfaces is growing.
Against this background, the aim of the degree program is to train graduates to become managers with a high level of technical, business and management knowledge who can shape the development and production process of mechanical engineering products in a global environment.
The course has a mechanical and engineering focus. It is aimed at graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering degree program.
