After negotiations on a Germany-wide license agreement between the DEAL consortium and Elsevier had been on hold since the end of 2018, an agreement has now been reached.

The DEAL agreement includes access rights for FH members to almost the entire Elsevier journal portfolio.

The journal articles on the "ScienceDirect" publishing platform can be used on the university network and via the library's VPN.
