Since the 1st of February 2024, you receive article copies ordered via interlibrary loan as a PDF for download instead of a printout at the print station.

The reason for this improvement is a contract with VG Wort on the "electronic delivery of copies to consumers in the context of interlibrary loans".

Feedback appreciated: At present, most supply libraries still scan ordered articles as black-and-white documents, which is less time-consuming and requires less storage space.
