Certificates and Proofs
Study Certificates
You can print out the following certificates via the FH Aachen portal:
- Registration certificates
- International registration certificates
- Study progress certificates
- Fee statements
- Exmatriculation certificates
- BAföG certificates
- Data control sheets
- Parking permits
- To do so, log in with your FH ID and password.
- Go to "My Studies" and "Student Services".
- Select "Notifications/Certificates".
- Here you will find the desired certificate for download.
If you don't have access to the FH Aachen portal any more, a new certificate can be sent to you by email on request. Please send an email to the SSC.
Pension Insurance Certificate
If you were de-registered after 31 August 2000, you can obtain the proof from the Registrar's Office.
If you were de-registered before 31 August 2000, you will receive the proof in the archives of FH Aachen.
You must apply for this in writing using the form provided for this purpose.
Submit this form either a) by mail to Archiv der FH Aachen, Boxgraben 100, 52064 Aachen or b) by mail to archivfh-aachen.de. The certificate of study will then be sent to you by post. Therefore, please always state your current postal address.
