Studying as an exchange student at our Faculty of Business Studies is possible during the winter term (September-February), the summer term (March-July) or for the whole academic year (September-July), if you stay for two semesters or for obtaining a Double Degree from FH Aachen.

Official Start and End of Summer Term: March 1st - August 31st 2026
German Intensive Course: March 12th - 27th 2026
First and last day of Lectures: April 7th - July 17th 2026
Reading week: May 26th - 29th 2026 (no lectures)
Exam registration: May 27th - June 10th 2026 (to be confirmed)
Exam period: July 20th - 31st 2026
Academic Calendar Winter Term 2025/2026
Official Start and End of Winter Term: September 1st 2025 - February 28th 2026
German Intensive Course: September 8th - 23rd 2025
Business Management (Business Game) block seminar: September 25th - 26th (mandatory for Double Degree students)
First and last day of Lectures: September 29th 2025 - January 23rd 2026
Reading week: November 17th - 21st 2025 (no lectures)
Exam registration: t.b.a.
Exam period: January 26th - February 13th 2026
Free of lectures: December 22nd 2025 - January 4th 2026
