Practical Training Registration
Most modules in our degree programmes include laboratory practicals. Unlike lectures, for which you do not have to register, this is necessary for practical trainings. You can find out what you should consider in advance further down the page.

How and when do I register for the practical trainings?
These instructions refer to our Bachelor's degree programmes; the procedure for Master's degree programmes may differ.
In the 1st semester:
You will receive an email in good time explaining the further steps. We will assign you to the internship courses. If necessary, please note the information on the page"Information for our freshers".
From the 2nd semester onwards:
Registration usually takes place via QIS or Campus Office. At the middle/end of the previous semester, the registration period and the registration procedure will be stated here on this page(above) and on the department website (with sufficient lead time) under "News". Registration is binding. If you have any questions about registration, please contact the person listed in the News.
After the end of the registration period, the allocation to the internship courses will begin. When this is completed, another "News" will be published.
In most cases, there are sufficient internship places available. In some cases, however, internship places are limited. If you are unable to attend a course for serious reasons, inform the respective internship supervisor immediately. The free place can then be offered to another student. Be fair to your fellow students!
