Polymer Physics

Welcome to the field of polymer physics. The aim of polymer physics is to elucidate structure-property relationships. To this end, we deal with the mechanical, rheological (flow properties), thermal, electrical and optical properties of polymers as well as the associated characterisation and testing methods. The research focus of the working group is on rubber and filler technology.
