Diversity Board

The Diversity Board controls and regulates the essential procedures and processes that are necessary to implement the strategy and achieve the goals.

All organisational units of FH Aachen, employees and students are represented in the governance structure through the Diversity Board and, as such, they are involved in the development of strategies and their implementation in a creative and responsible manner.

Exemplary tasks of the Diversity Board are:

• Discussion and definition of fields of action
• Planning goals and sub-goals, measures, responsibilities and executors (working groups, organisational units, etc.)
• Prioritising and planning process flows as well as setting up implementation processes with milestones and resource requirements.

At regular intervals, the Diversity Board reviews the status and goal achievement of the approved work packages (e.g. traffic light system), carries out corrective measures if necessary and implements processes for continuous improvement.
