Our Services
Student Services is the first point of contact for students and prospective students and answers all questions about studying and the start of studies.
You don't know who can help you with questions about application, registration, re-registration, deregistration, FH Karte etc.?
Our team will be happy to answer your initial questions and, if you have more specific concerns and need further advice, will direct you to the staff at the Registrar's Offices and faculties.
Student Services also issues notarised copies of your original FH Aachen documents.

Registration and Processing Times
We are currently in the enrolment period for the 2026/27 Winter Semester. As a result, processing times are longer than usual.
All incoming enquiries and registrations will be processed in chronological order based on the date of receipt.
Please refrain from sending multiple enquiries or asking about the status of your registration.
