Organisational Development analyses the structures of organisational units and advises them on issues relating to task layouts and the organisational unit structure / organisational structure.

We develop, optimise and model the university's business processes. The processes are developed, documented and published in workshops involving the departments involved in the process. The tool used for this is BIC Process Design. All published processes are regularly reviewed in quality circles to ensure they are up to date and effective and are further optimised.

Process management is an important component of all digitalisation projects and supports the digital transformation.
