Reinstatement to the Register at FH Aachen

You want to resume and continue your studies in your previous degree programme at FH Aachen after an interruption?

This is possible if ...

this degree programme still exists and
you have not definitively failed an examination in the same degree programme either at FH Aachen or at another university.

Important to know:

A place at university is not guaranteed if there is an admission restriction in the degree programme.

Procedure

To re-enrol, please complete the application for re-enrolment and get it approved by the Examination Board of the respective faculty on the 2nd page.

To apply online, register as an applicant in the FH Aachen portal. You can then log in with your applicant ID and apply for the desired degree programme. Please note the applicable application deadlines. Upload the application signed by the department at the FH Aachen portal.

If a degree programme also has admission restrictions in higher semesters, it is possible that not all applicants will be offered a place.

At the end of the re-registration phase, the number of places still available is determined and these are then allocated to transfer students and re-enrolment students in higher semesters.
