After completing a degree programme in International Business Studies, you can enter many different professional fields. During your studies, you will acquire a broad basic knowledge of business administration, which will enable you to work in a wide range of business sectors. Depending on which specialisations you have chosen, you can specialise in certain professional fields. You are internationally qualified, have very good language skills and are able to act on a multicultural level and understand overarching contexts. On the labour market, this gives you a decisive advantage over your competitors and a wide range of career opportunities in small and medium-sized enterprises as well as in large corporations - at both national and international level.

In large companies, you usually start your career as a trainee. Here, you will get to know many different areas of the company more closely, gain experience in different fields of work and can then specialise in one area. As a young professional, you usually start your job in small and medium-sized companies directly and assume a position of responsibility more quickly.
