Certificate for Pension Insurance
The pension insurance needs official proof of your periods of study and of any degrees you have obtained in order to clarify your account.
You will automatically receive the proof "Bescheinigung über Zeiten der Hochschulausbildung" (certificate of periods of higher education) together with the exmatriculation certificate from the Registrar's Office of FH Aachen after your de-registration.
If you no longer have this certificate, you can apply for it again.
If you were deregistered after 31 August 2000, you can obtain the proof from the Registrar's Office.
If you were deregistered before 31 August 2000, you will receive the proof in the archive of FH Aachen.
You must apply for this in writing using the form provided.
Please submit this form either
a) by post to, Archiv der FH Aachen, Boxgraben 100, 52064 Aachen
or
b) by email to archivfh-aachen.de.
The certificate of study will then be sent to you by post. Therefore, please always state your current postal address.
