Registration Procedure

During registration, your documents will be checked for correctness and completeness. If everything is in order, you will be registered.

With a personal link sent to your private email address, you can go through the welcome process. The welcome process unlocks you to use the IT services of FH Aachen. A detailed description of all IT services can be found on our IT and Online Services page.

When you can really start studying varies depending on the degree programme. The best thing to do is to check the website of your faculty to find out which introductory events, bridging courses or preliminary courses are offered. Often, the Faculty Student Councils (Fachschaftsrat) can also help.

When will I receive my semester ticket? Will I receive it when I register?

The semester ticket (eTicket) will be sent to you by ASEAG. You will not receive it at the Registrar's Office. The data required for this will be sent to ASEAG after registration.

You can find more information on the semester ticket page.
