General Academic Counselling
Our Approach to Counselling
As a central service and counselling facility, General Academic Counselling supports and assists prospective students and current students by providing information and guidance.
We help with all questions relating to choosing and deciding on a degree programme and accompany you on your personal journey to university. During the degree programme, we provide assistance with questions about the degree programme and difficulties with study progress. In addition, we also refer those seeking advice to other support and counselling services.
As part of our counselling activities, we follow recognised counselling standards and provide advice
- in an individual, neutral, open-ended and confidential manner!
