Medical Engineering and Technomathematics
The Faculty of Medical Engineering and Technomathematics offers Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes in the faculties of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, Ophthalmic Optics and Optometry, Medical Technology and Physiotherapy.
A particular speciality of the faculty are the dual study programmes, which it was the first faculty at FH Aachen to introduce and in which it trains the highest proportion of students across the university. It is also one of the faculties with the strongest research programme and regularly has students doing a doctorate.
It is based at the Jülich campus and has a study centre in Cologne. Further study locations are located at our cooperation partners, including the Jülich Research Centre, the IT Centre of RWTH Aachen University and Aachen University Hospital.
