Business Law LL.B. Two areas - One expertise
If you look at the daily work processes of a company, legal issues play a significant role. For example, contracts with customers or other companies have to be prepared and checked, negotiations with suppliers have to be conducted, outstanding claims in the form of money, goods or services have to be obtained and rights in the case of defective deliveries have to be secured. These activities require both legal and business knowledge, which you will acquire in the degree programme in Business Law. You will receive a classic basic knowledge of business studies and learn about the different areas of business law.
In further study progress, you can specialise in business taxation, auditing, financial management or a legal area. Soft skills round off the degree programme. You also have the opportunity to complete a practical semester to gain practical experience. We also offer the degree programme as"Business Law Praxis Plus", in which you can combine your studies with an occupation.
